Class Information

Parent Tot: Ages 18mo-3yrs

Adult participation required.
We know you will find this program to be FUN. You will
learn proven techniques to help develop your child’s
sensory motor coordination and self-confidence.
Throughout the months your child will reach new developmental
milestones.

Embers: 3yrs-4yrs

Boys and girls, explore their physical abilities through age appropriate activities on vault, bars, balance beam & tumbling as well as the use of pre-school equipment such as incline mats, barrels, donuts, scooters, parachutes and more. This program will enhance listening skills and direction following in our safe & FUN environment.

Junior Flames: 5yrs-6yrs

This program is designed for girls and boys preparing to move from pre-school classes into our Academy classes. This transition class places emphasis on developing specific gymnastics skills through progressive activities: tumbling, vaulting, bars, balance beam, rings, p-bars and trampoline. We offer co-ed classes & a few boys only classes.

Girls & Boys Academy: 7yrs +

Girls Academy

The Girls Fire Academy program is structured to follow guidelines set by USA Gymnastics and is achievement oriented in a fun and positive environment. Basic skills, progressions, strength and flexibility are included in our program. Instruction included on: vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise, tumble track and trampoline.

Boys Academy

The Boys Fire Academy program is focused on three elements: a fun and positive environment, fundamental skill development, and basic motor-muscular development in coordination, strength and flexibility. By emphasizing your child’s success, athletic confidence will develop for gymnastics and any other sport your son may later pursue. Instruction included on: tumbling, vault, p-bars, high bar, rings, pommel horse, tumble track & trampoline.

Tumbling: 7yrs +

Tumbling classes are designed for boys and girls wanting to concentrate on the tumbling aspects of gymnastics. This class is great for aspiring cheerleaders & dancers wanting to learn acro skills or those who just like to flip. Students will use the trampoline, tumble track, and spring floor. Strength and flexibility training are also incorporated into the classes. Tumbling 1 emphasizes fundamentals: handstands, cartwheels, round-offs and an introduction to back handsprings. Tumbling 2 kids learn to connect round-off back handsprings and Tumbling 3 works on back tucks, layouts and fulls.
